Exterior Painting

Includes Pressure washing, caulking, masking, painting sundries, drop clothes on concrete and decks, paint, primer and labor.

price based on typical residential home, price may lower for smaller home or rise slightly for larger home.

Price is for hanging, taping, blending, and texture.

For small damages like a kick in the wall is $70 per hole.

Roofing
Siding

Cover cost for composite and Sheet Metal Roofs. Tile, Stone and wood roofs will incur additional cost. Price is just for roof materials and labor, additional charge apply to removal of previous material, fixing deck. replacing roofing exposures.

Covers most sidings such as Hardie and Vinyl. Includes materials and labor. Wood siding and soffits may cost more depending on the market.
